Holiday cottages, B&Bs, hotels and more

Along the coastline of Devon, Cornwall, Dorset and Somerset there are hundreds of holiday cottages, hotels, B&B’s and other great places to stay within easy reach of the Coast Path. Whether you’re looking for a luxury or a budget break or something in between, we can help you find the perfect place to stay.

If you are looking for a self catering cottage, why not visit the Cornish Cottage Holidays website. They have a selection of over 600 cottages in Cornwall. They are also our lead Sponsor. Their funding will be helping with a number of path improvements over the coming year. Click on their advert to visit their site.

If you already know which part of the Coast Path you want to visit use the accommodation search tool on the right. This amalgamates information about places to stay from the local tourist boards and other sources to give you a wide selection to choose from.   When the results page comes up, you can then narrow down the selection using a broad range of criteria, and you can also see where each one is on a map.

We get a commission from most bookings made through the accommodation search tool. We will use this to improve the path and this website, whilst the price you pay is the same.

If you have not yet made up your mind which part of the Coast Path to visit, use the Walk Finder to find one or more walks you want to do. On each of these walk pages, you’ll also find the accommodation search tool set up to find places to stay near that walk. You can also find walks, by clicking on any of the photos in the slideshows at the top of each page.

Summer holidays and Bank Holiday weekends can be very busy, so book well in advance, although even at the last minute you can generally find somewhere to stay. If you come in spring or autumn you’ll have greater flexibility and these are great months to enjoy walking along the coast.
