Cafe and Teashop Walks

Get refreshed

One of the benefits of doing a walk along the Coast Path is that you can enjoy a scrumptious Devon or Cornwall cream tea or piece of Dorset apple cake afterwards without feeling guilty.

If you want something more substantial, try and choose a café that serves local produce - that way you will be helping to support the farmers and fishermen who help keep the coastal landscape so beautiful, and get to taste the freshest produce.

To find a short walk, with map and directions, just click on one of the pictures on the right and you will be taken to a map showing all of our short walks in that area with a tea room or café close by. Alternatively to search within a smaller area, use the Walkfinder tool and tick the Café box.

Unfortunately, although willing, we’re unable to check out all these lovely places ourselves, so instead to help you find the best places we’re importing customer reviews from Google.  You can help improve this by adding a review after your walk.

What we can’t help you with is to decide whether its best to put the jam on your scone before the clotted cream or afterwards – that needs further research.
